my comp is scanned with Systematic Endpoint Protection and completely clean. But I started to get emails about people trying to log onto my account from CA and all these different locations. So I change my password and than a day latter I try to log in and my account is suspended because someone from a unauthorized individual. I contacted support and it’s been 3 days with no response yet. I know Arenanet is bussy but I seen that alot of people have been haveing the same problem. I want to play but I cant..

Same problem, everything was working fine until one morning when i got this message.
At the same time the email and password didnt change so i can still log in and get that message. I guess it could be linked to the fact that i´ve changed my location (moved from one country to another). I´ve sent a ticket, but did not get an answer yet, hust like you.
Hope that something can be done about this, pretty annoying in a game that we have to pay quite a lot of money for.
