I have tried both american express and visa both fail. i have used these cards in the past but it just says to contact support.
on the AMX purchase it states my security code is wrong when in fact I can look at my balance on AMX website using the same security code.
please let me give you money

nvm, i retried both of them and worked if i kept everything lower case for my billing info. i copied and paste the numbers as i did before.

Thank you so much! I was having issues too for a while now, although with Paypal, but it never occured to me to try with all lowercase. And now it worked like a charm, thanks!

I think the page just does not like mixed case because I ran into a similar issue a few months back and resolved it by using all UPPER case characters for my card info.

If its a upper and or lower case issue in the billing info.. either it should be resolved or put in as a notice after you select the payment method
now all i can do is wait for my gems to appear or get word (hopefully before the bank expension sale ends!)

Both of my visa cards have been giving me the “payment approval failed” notice. I’ve been trying for days but get the same error. I submitted a support ticket a few days ago. still waiting on a response, hoping for a solution.
