I just mistakenly deleted an alternate character with a self-style hair kit in inventory, is there any way I could get it back ?

If you did it yourself, nah.
Feel free to submit a REQUEST to support and request one, but be warned that their policy is NOT to replace items you lose when deleting a character (I have heard of exceptions but they are usually related to unique or one time only items)
SERVICES (top right of this page) > SUPPORT > SUBMIT A REQUEST (top right of that page).
Also, due to the recent patch changes and item refunds currently going on, Support is likely swamped so you may have a bit of a wait before getting a response.

I ask that you not submit a request for this, as it is not something we’d be able to grant.
