What is happening with the support that no tickets are being answered, my account is locked for over 24 hours and still did not have nor want an answer on that.

I am really very disappointed with the support of guild wars 2

The ticket wait time is 24-48 hours. Spamming forum and make more tickets is really not going to help your case.

Yes it is really slow. Dont know why though. Much to do i guess. Still: Im not really happy about this.

Zaken is right, you’ll need to wait at least 24 to 48 hours. Have a look at this thread: How to submit a ticket. And check if you gave the required information.
