Hello
I was really happy to see this today:
If you are unable to use the Guild Wars E-mail Authentication System, please follow the steps below:
Click here.
In the Email / Account Name field, enter the email address used for your Guild Wars 2 account.
In the Serial Code field, enter the serial code you registered to the account.
In the Character Name field, enter the name of an existing character on your account.
Click Verify.
Be sure to set your account password to a strong, unique password that you’ve never used anywhere else!

But the happiness was gone after clicking the link….

Is it not up yet, or just another bug on the site?
Can you please fix this? Our Guild Leader is unable to play because of the
E-Mail Authentication for over a week now.

Oh god, this needs to work like right now. I’ve been waiting 8 days for my account to be accessible because of this bug. Any word on when this goes live?

Ugh. Hopefully it goes live soon.
Though it’ll probably go down real quick from the hordes of people trying to retrieve their accounts.

Well I think it should start working during the day, because you can already access it over the support tab. But with our luck (Our Guild Leader is waiting 7 days without login) it wont be up this WE…
