So I just got out of AC exlplorer and the tokens that I had earned and the 3g that i had on that character is now gone along with my level- so what do i do now?
could a DEV please answer this??
It isn’t just you. Everyone in my guild on Darkhaven is experiencing this as well.

Got a support response… Lag/disconection issues are not under our controll.. sorry you are SOL.
I have the same issue. I had some Dc issues on Mon but ran FotM with no problems and received an Ascended ring plus the Pristine Fractal and I checked my inventory and both were missing yesterday. Submitted a ticket but no response yet.
Hey there. I’m sorry you’re having this issue. You certainly may submit a ticket, but from what we’ve seen, the item may still show up. If you submit a ticket and find you still need help after three days, feel free to post in the Tickets for Review thread, which is at the top of this Account Support sub-forum.

In the past three nights I have lost 120+ CoE tokens, 60+ HoTW tokens, an exotic weapon, several rare weapons, and many things I gathered. I love this game, but I shouldn’t have to worry about losing my loot anytime I rezone after a dungeon or an event.
Rose, have you submitted a ticket? If not, I encourage you to do so.

This also happened to me. I lost 60 Arah tokens a couple of days ago. I actually DID file a support ticket. I assumed that the loss was a result of a “roll-back,” but after inspecting my inventory it looks like I still have the lvl 80 gold drop from that dungeon as well as my money from the wondrous bags.
But I still am missing all 60 of the Arah tokens, plus the few tokens I got from the bags.
I don’t know what the cause was, but believing it was roll-back related, this issue is severely impacting my choice to play at the moment because Arah is not easy to find a group for and atm it is my main goal for playing.
Support DID get back to me, and apologized, but said that they did not have the capability to give individual characters Items and/or gold, so there was nothing they could do.
" As much as we’d love to help, I’m afraid we don’t have any tools by which to undo what you’re saying occurred. We’re also not able to grant individual characters any items or currency."
I understand this. However, I found the ‘what-you’re-saying-occurred’ in the response a bit condescending, and I really would like to know the cause so I can avoid it in the future.
If there is any insight relating to this matter garnered, please post it here so I know when it is “safe” to play again.
