Guild Member Cannot Login/Access account
I would like to reinforce this.
We are missing our friend dearly in-game and it’d be a shame if he’d miss out on all the new features that are being added in.

If it has been 3 full days since your guild member last heard anything with his ticket, the ticket number can be posted in the stickied 3-day thread here: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/account/Tickets-for-Review-3-days-and-older-merged
But only if 3 days have passed since your friend last heard anything. It doesn’t matter how long he’s been unable to log in. The 3-days is in regard to the time a response was last received in the ticket.
Also, I recommend not posting “testimonials” about your friend. That’s frowned upon by ArenaNet and won’t help your friend’s ticket at all.
