So a few months back I transferred to the Riverside server (EU) so I can do my map completion in WvW.

My home server is Desolation and I guested rarely on it while I was on the new server.

So basically now I bought 800 gems + gave over 100 gold to transfer back to Desolation but here’s the problem: on the main character selection, when I select my server to transfer back to it says “Account balance: 0”. Which is weird because I just got 1800 gems in my wallet. Can somebody explain what’s going on?

Sometimes, logging in and out fixes the issue. Make sure the TP is working, sometimes it is slow to respond. Otherwise, you will need to contact CS. Top of Page – Support – Submit a Request. Good luck.
