Guild Wars 2

So my account was banned a really long time ago. And my friends convinced me to play again. I purchased a new copy and tried to create an account with it but the system refused to accept any passwords I entered. Then I saw there was an option to link a key to my account. Doing so allowed me to change my display name and password and I thought maybe could I play now. However, the game still sees me as banned and I have lost the serial key (cannot use it anymore).

I’ve submitted a ticket to support, but what now. It’s already bad enough that I lost my old account, even more so that I lost another one before I could even download the client!

You will have to wait for an answer from support, the forum can’t fix this for you.
