I just bought the game and i was wondering if somehow, me and my brother could play together at the same time? Or do we have to buy two seperate games?

You cannot play together unless you have 2 games purchased.

Two separate games are required.

The serial code isn’t to install the game as is usually the case with singleplayer/offline games. In the case of an MMO the serial code is tied to the account so a new code is required to create a second account.
