I purchased two bag slots because I thought they were account based, I used them both, and then when I went on my Warrior I didn’t have them. Is there any way that I could have the two bag slots removed on my level 80 Engineer and instead be given the 100 gems and a character slot expansion the sale would’ve given me? I don’t think anyone will see this before the sale ends.

I don’t believe that is something that the CS Team can do. No tools to remove bag slots from characters.

You can, however, submit a request to CS. Top of Page – Support – Submit a Request.
