Need my DDE items back...

They don’t have a way to restore individual items. They will eventually have a way to roll an account back to a time right around when it was hacked but not sure if they will be able to use it for things like your issue. They are looking into doing something about the DDE items though so maybe before you know it there will be a DDE vendor or something
So basically i just threw away the money i spent on DDE….they should give me my money back or allow free upgrades to DDE (in gem store) for people who already own DDE….like comeon…the way i see it is i need my money back or my items back….this is rediculous…

I assumed the same thing as well when I deleted my character and I also submitted a ticket but that was over two weeks ago and so far, nothing. I too want what I paid for. Hopefully, they will figure out a way.
Please submit a ticket. We’ve done one distribution of items, and you may be included in a future distribution. Only Support can tell for sure.

I have sent 2 tickets…as my Original Post stated…still nothing and that was during head start and last week…no response and no mail.

Making repeated tickets on the same problem actually puts you at the back of the list, Zora. You put yourself further back everytime you spam the ticket system with the same problem.
Sorry you lost your items. I would like to point out if you read the DDE mail, it does say it’s a unique mail, please take these items, don’t delete this you won’t get another! and such. I read mine. Sorry you didn’t read yours.
Doesnt matter i will continue to annoy them until i get what i paid for…

No , that red label “this items only distributed once ….. plz dont delete the char blabla” only added lately , its not there when i open my mail on 28 aug during the 3 day headstart

The only valid solution is to sent a specified Support Ticket, you may not get the exact reply you hoped for but it is the only way to get their attention at the current moment, I also have had this happen to me & am waiting for a reply.

I’d like to point out that the warning in the in-game mail has only been added recently, so for many of us there was no warning about the 3 CE/DDE digital items only being issued once per account!
I’m in the same boat. I put a ticket in +/- a day after launch and received a nice boilerplate response outlining my next steps as “respond to this email” for the CE items issue. I haven’t seen a response since. I’ve followed-up twice now and I don’t even get an auto-response now.
Very frustrating. It doesn’t seem like it would be hard to admit that there were glitches and just resend the 1-per-account email again to ALL qualified accounts, accepting that such a procedure would generate some duplicates and writing it off as the cost of doing business. The people with this issue would be universally happy about the result and the people who were not affected would either be a) ambivalent or b) happy that they got a bonus.
For a company that does almost everything else wildly great this relatively minor issue to be hanging out there is baffling. Especially since I can’t be the only one in this situation who will NOT be buying gems until I have my mini Rytlock.

Im wondering the same thing, support been ignoring us for so long, we just want what we paid for, they are closing our tickets and sending automated messages really Gaile? thats the way you are going to treat us? all we want is an answer, is really that hard to send an email with our items?

I can confirm Anet did replace my items from the DDE after I deleted them on headstart day 1. I filed a ticket a little after that, and had to wait until last week or so. That’s not because they ignored me, but because the Devs didn’t have a plan in place to give back account items that were deleted by player mistake.
The items came via in game mail from Anet, which also includes the new warning that these items are a one time only thing. So OP, if you wanna irritate Anet, just realize that you’re probably hurting yourself in the long run. Send one ticket, and if it’s not answered, post the # in the thread for unresolved tickets.

And we can all thank you for clogging the system with needless tickets. The distributions are made periodically, and I’m sorry if you were missed last time. But you will be attended to, and submitting a ticket every day is rude to your fellow players and entirely unnecessary.
In all your comments, I have yet to see a single ticket number. With that, with the original ticket number, please, I can add you to the review list. And how much better that is than spamming tickets?
