Never got Essence of Luck mail
Have you tried deleting all your mail? Especially any with an envelope icon? A full mailbox (even though it doesn’t always show as full – it’s a bit bugged) is the number one reason for undelivered items. Good luck.
The five essences would increase your total account luck by +20%.
Also, it may take support up to 72 hours to respond.
My mail is completely empty. Zero out of 10.
My percent of account luck is 17% right now because of clearing out spare items in my inventory that I salvaged.
It’s pretty abundantly clear that I never got this in-game mail. It’s pretty annoying too, since my ONLY 100% complete exotic armor set WAS full magic find. All my time/gold just got completely sunk.
Support did respond to me and sent me an automated-sounding mail that made it seem like they thought I wanted a replacement armor set, which wasn’t what I asked for. They said "As a general rule, we are not able to replace items after their new stat set has been chosen, as is the case with the item or items that you have requested. "
I never got any item. I hardly consider that a replacement. I am fine with the choice I made with my armor. I never got the in-game mail item that literally everyone else has gotten. I can understand them denying me a replacement armor set if I chose the wrong stats, but this wasn’t my error. Their system didn’t deliver an item to be that. . . from everywhere I have looked. . . I should have because my account is from LAUNCH (aka, before SAB: Back to School).

Yes.
Myself and my friends and family haven’t had a very good track record with support tickets. Literally every single time we have had to come here in the end even though support SHOULD have helped us easily on first contact instead of stubbornly telling us the same copy-paste lines over and over.
So this time I decided to jump over here early and try to get an actual human response relating to MY case, not the hundreds of others wherein the person did something by mistake.
Sounds good. If you have no response after 72 hours, you can post your ticket number in the sticky for tickets 3 days and older. =)
Question: Have you checked all of your characters? The mail shows up on the first character you log into after it was sent. I logged into a barely-used low-level alt when the mail was sent, and not my main, so I was confused when I didn’t have it on my main even though I didn’t open it on the alt.
Possibly you logged in with a different character briefly and didn’t check the mail on them?
I did check every single one of my characters. I even checked my bank. Nothing.
