Well i had in the past days a few problems with internet connection and firewalls and the problem with GEM Store because of the antí-virus, and so on and so on… so i dont believe my softwares had changed all the configurations i did by themselves. After the latest update im having issues when i try to log in… in fact, i can log and be in character selection and create characters… but everytime i try to enter in gw2 world with x character, it always appears that message… why is this hapenning? I would apreciate some help because i bought the game past month and didnt get one character lvl 80 yet… i like to play with many classes… btw sorry for my bad english.

iam having a problem with logging in as well. the game client will not launch, i am attempting to re install the whole game and will see if that works

Have the same problem but only when I try to log on a character that is in the Mad King’s Labyrinth.

I had this problem once. I un-installed the game then re-installed and it worked fine. Good luck!
