Email authentication – We will soon provide a secure method on our web site for customers who are having trouble with email authentication to disable it for their accounts. We ask that you use this new self-help system, and only submit a support ticket if that doesn’t work for you.

I’d like to request an adition feature on this, the ability to re-enable it via “My Account” once your logged in, this way people can choose to enable/disable it at will. This will allow people with the issue now to retry it at another time without having to request support to do it.

So say for example, i recently had it disabled by support (thanks for that) because i was having the issue, it would be nice if i could at a later time enable it again myself in “My Account” to see if it now works for me. Then in not i can use the new self help your putting in to turn it off again.

So the new self help is now enabled and there is no way to re-enable the authentication in “My Account” or any other way.

Do you plan on adding a way to re-enable the Authentication? (i mean it makes sence that you should).

I cannot believe they don’t have this feature! I disabled authentication because I was not receiving the email, back when the system was buggy and now I want it back! Plz do something about this. It can’t be all that hard!

support is bad with Guild Wars 2 I have given up playing due to how bad they are with tickets and the selected forum reply’s by mods.
