Did you say the word “gold” in any chat? Did you trade any large sums of gold with no same value trade? Some players have reported that using that word can get you banned, regardless of the context. Fact is, their system does data analysis of traffic on their servers, and when certain circumstances arise, the people involved are flagged. Meaning you can get banned in this game for not actually breaking a rule, just simply doing something the system thinks is criminal behavior. Also, wanna post up the ticket number? Please note that sometimes when posting information into a ticket, you may be asked to provide the same information that you have already provided. This is done when actually one of the pieces of information they require is not available, or they simply didn’t see it in the ticket. Please make sure your ticket is clear and concise.
At the end of the day however, you may or may not actually get your account back. I honestly don’t know what to think when reading other people’s cases posted on the forums. But you can raise your success of an appeal by posting a properly constructed ticket that is convincing of them spending time to review your case further than a mere glance.
