Hi,
Lately I’ve been unable to buy gems for money on the TP, says payment approval failed. But when I try to contact support about it chrome tells me that the site support.guildwars2.com no longer have a valid security certificate. Is chrome bugging out or is something else wrong?
I would love to buy gems but at the moment it seems an impossibility, I’ve even tried 2 different cards.
My question really is this, could a dev tell me if it’s really safe to vistit support, despite the big warning bells, or could support please help me via this thread, or PM me?
Thanks in advance

Somehow the certificate is not valid anymore. You can click to understand the risk and continue anyways.

A certificate is a piece of software granted by a (more trustworthy) company that is telling you that the website is secure. In this case this grant has been expired. This can have multiple reasons, but it doesn’t make the website more or less secure.

If you don’t trust it anyways. You can also mail support at support(at)guildwars2.com
Make sure you include as much info as you can: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/account/How-to-Submit-a-Ticket-Account-Issues-2

Thank you for the response. I’ve emailed them now and hopefully it will all be sorted out in the near future.

Cheers
