Tech support just closes ticket—no solution

Your “tech support” has just wasted 18 days of my time and closed my issue under false premise. They not even tried to troubleshoot my issue.
That is not a kind of service you should get for $50.
I want my issue solved, or money for the game refunded, as it is impossible for me to play satisfactionally without Trade Post.

As the technical support continues to ignore my support request I would like to know how can I get a refund for your non-functional product.

Ahh, I remember you. You will have to take up any refund with the retailer you purchased the game from.
As for Tech Support, you can post in the Sticky for a review. Good luck.

Check my posting history. We’re here every day, so yes, we have quite a strong support presence.
