Well the support team is fine as long as you come to them with a known issue. As soon as you are missing something or having a bug that is not yet fixed then you might as well run head first into a wall.

My problem was the following Every time i walk I see Blue Squares and even when I stand still sometimes I still see blue Squares and I have updated Graphics card and I have played with the settings in the game and still I see them. So yeah its pretty much all the time I see them and I have had this problem since launch and I thought maybe it was because the game was new but i am still having the same problem
The Solution was to update Windows 7 and also to update my drivers, I updated my Windows 7 and then updated my drivers which scared me but that is a long story. Anyway long story short this is the result now.
