When the fraudulent purchase was discovered the account was terminated (as you know) and the code was disabled. You should contact Support to see if you will be able to add a new code to the account, or if you will need to create a new account.

When the fraudulent purchase was discovered the account was terminated (as you know) and the code was disabled. You should be able simply to add a new code to your account and resume playing. If you have any difficulties, please go ahead and contact Support and they’ll give you a hand.
Ok, so i just bought a new code so i can finally continue to play the game, but when i register the new code i get “Serial Code Overlap The serial code has already been applied to your account.”. what do i do?

Did you buy the code from guildwars 2 site directly ? if you are, contact support with the new code

Hello, i have the exact same problem … :/
Already bought a new code but not able to activate it with the account. (same error " Serial Code Overlap The serial code has already been applied to your account")
