As per conversation at http://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/1695oe/erroneous_bannings_over_rmt_detection_and/ and arenanet’s support team, I’ve regained access to my account.

Standing in Lion’s arch chatting with guildmates and doing ABSOLUTELY nothing else, your system blocked my account in less than 10mins again.

Someone please act on this, or do I have to post this under the Bug forum?

Since moderator locked the other thread, my last support ticket is closed, i have no choice but to revive this one as it is the only way to inform the Lance of support team that a follow up of the last ticket is required.
