i have Logitech SetPoint installed in my laptop for Logitech M-310 Mouse. this caused my mouse sensitifity is very slow, i have been trying to set sensitifity through control panel but not much change. then i use this software.

usually i play GW2 on my PC, some day i play GW2 in my laptop because my PC have a trouble. but then i get my account has been terminated. i dont know why. i dont play the game automatically because i dont know how to do this, i just play the game by my self.

some times i use for multi-client, but i dont break the rules. i always press ALT+TAB to change current window, im active playing 1 key for 1 account in 1 time.

until know i dont know why my other account get banned.
as far as i know : im not play automatically. even if i want to automatically, a lot of software out there better than this software.

hope someone can help me.

You will need to contact support about your banned account. Go to the support tab at the top of the page and then go to ‘ask a question’ and make out a ticket. If there is something you don’t know, put unknown in that space. You should get an initial email back within 24 hours. Update that email to ask more questions and to answer theirs.

thank you for your suggest sir, i’ve do it a few days ago. i dont know what should i do, because they has make a final decision to terminated my account that get banned. this time i want just to know what cause is it.

if it caused by this software. maybe in the future they can make a game protect that block a suspicious program before game launched. that can protect player from this issues.

They don’t tell people the details of why they were banned because people who do it on purpose can use that information to avoid detection and tell other people these details so they can avoid detection.

If you’re ticket is 3 days or more old post your ticket number in this thread for Gaile to look at for a final judgement.
