unable to reinitiate Account after beeing Victimized by Retailer

Dear ArenaNet Team, Dear Gaile Gray,
first: please excuse my poor english, I am not a native speaker
writing in english taking me more effort, than it might look like.
Also please excuse me beeing unable to remain calm on the topic anymore.
I just feel so neglected.
(Espacially to Gaile: I used to be a real fan. I have been to Kamadan seeing you (and the frog) really more than once or twice.)
My account was permanently suspended on Fr 26.10.
Now the Horror-Story continues:
Recently I was told that German Support DOES NOT WANT TO HELP ME ANYFURTHER.
I am deeply disappointed, after beeing with GuildWars for more than 6 years! They say: recently I was linked to fraud (which is unexcusable because I got victimised in the incident by a retailer, see further)
and they do not want to help people who commit fraud!
I am in bewilderment how they can do this to a Customer?
I am a Victim of a retailer who sold keys, of which some apparently are linked to payment fraud.
(Anyway there is still posiotive feedback for him on the net, so my Key might have been kind of an exception there.)
Since this is definitly not Nc-Softs fault, but the dealers,
I understood the reasons for banning the key.
It was my mistake to put trust in the wrong retailer.
So I rebought the Game. I got a brand new sealed box.
This was the second time I paid full price for the Game.

Exactly this is the only thing that I please want you to do.
Please just give me the same kind Support and help,that the other players, the player in the topic posted above received.
THE DIFFERENCE is:
German Support is not telling:bad things happen. But you can rebuy the game and can go on with your charachters.
German Support tells me: No help for people linked to fraud!
But Even not for the victims?! How can this be considerd fair?
6 years of playing Guild wars are terminated. I bought every single one of your Games. Everything was fine, all the long time, I was happy to pay money for a game I loved, and now support accuses ME of fraud?!
I have the new boxed copy from autorized reseller lying next to me, but still cant play. I spent nearly 100€ for GW2 only (50€ for apparently fraudulent purchase, 50 bucks for boxed version from autorized retailer). And I am told that I cannot resume the Game?
Sorry. But is this how you treat customers?
Did I have really bad luck?
My whole Hall of Monuments for GW2, more than 6 years of playing,beeing seen in the HoM-Rewards, my GW2 charachters, I lost everything linked to the new GuildWars!
And German Support keeps telling me, in a more friendly way, that they simply do not want to help me. From all my good experience over the past years, the friendly and good support – this can`t be nothing different but a misunderstanding.
PLEASE. please. kindly please. please someone help me to Restore my GW2 Account!
