HELP! Breaking the Bone Ship BUG?

Hi, i am on the mission Breaking the Bone ship and it is around the Vigil Headquarters area. The place i need to go in is “under construction” and the Gate Guard would not let me in. I looked around and cannot find any other place on the mini map that has that location. I looked on forums and googled the problem but cannot find an answer. So i concluded that this is a bug! The guard would not let me in no matter what (ive logged off, re-installed the game, even waited a few days)

The quest markers will display the shortest path to the story start point, but don’t take into account which asura gates you have access to. The entry point for that story is in Mount Maelstrom, zoom out on your map and you should see a green story start at that point.
