They are not able to help be sadly. They tried to give me the skins directly and everything but nothing help. The reward is still bugged. I’m afraid it will not get fixed.

Ask them to escalate your ticket. The only people allowed to work on your account are part of Customer Service. If they believe that the situation requires a QA or software engineer to investigate, it’s (as I understand it) up to them to make the case to their supervisor. Developers typically don’t read all of the posts here (someone summarizes, because there are just too many and they wouldn’t get any work done if they responded to even half the ones they notice).
tl;dr work with customer service and keep asking for someone who understands the difference between providing the skins and unlocking the relevant achievement etc.

Any progress on this? It’s still bugged. Only have 4 weapon showed.
