I purchased an additional crafting license for my account a while back tho it seems to have gone leaving “Ghost” crafts in their places
anyone on my account can clearly see that these have remained in place of my now dead crafts
I contacted support via website (as well as posted multiple in-game bug reports WITH screenshot attachments) however they were NO HELP I did not keep my receipts as proof of purchase of these as I did not have proper insight that this could’ve happened (how could I?) something needs to be done about this

Please someone help me as I do not feel as tho I should have to pay AGAIN for this failure on their end
