This animation error have been here for a long time but I have yet seen some one reported this error (or maybe the search tool is broken). Basically, using the toolbelt of the skill Hidden Pistol with an Charr Engineer gave a weird animation sequence. Here is the screenshot of it. The position of the dual pistols is unnerving.
