Since the patch I’ve noticed that the AoE damage at this event has been a lot less effective, and the event in general runs a fair bit longer than usual. My ele’s Meteor Shower usually hits pretty well, but now it’s doing zero damage at the same spot – same conditions, everything. Lava Font has a lot less effect as well. These skills are lucky to even hit that it’s pointless to even use them in the state that it’s in.
Compare this to Eruption (Earth Staff 2) and I hit for the usual 3x damage at the exact same spot. Now I’m not sure if this last patch has nullified certain AoE damage and not others, but I can’t remember a decent-sized zerg taking more than 10 minutes to kill this enemy, even with the usual deaths on the platform and auto-attackers.
