Yeah…i can say I am pretty disappointed with the way they have handled this. Finally after numerous responses to them that it was clear they were not reading my ticket i received the same response that everyone else did about them looking for a way to resolve it. Still absolutely nothing…no email…no response. It feels like a carrot was held out in front of us to quiet the situation in the hopes that everyone would just forget about it.

I am frustrated with the lack of communication we are getting from this its getting unbearable. What happened to the arena net of old? Keep your complains on here don’t stop posting and voicing your concerns. We have been robbed and something needs to give.

I was basically told to screw myself in regards to this bug. My time and money wasn’t important to them… maybe they’re handling it just like the rampant botting issue?

They have stopped people from crafting the recipe in the forge except players that had the recipe before they locked it down are still able to sell these box’s as i speak, some upwards to 17 gold lol.

You could have made the entire set for 6g

Ok Anet.. 2 more weeks has gone since last replay .. this was annoying now its a joke .. when are you gonna compensate us? This is starting to take more time then it should .

This is sad…this long and still no response. They could have just addressed this by giving those people impacted by the bug gems that equalled the value of gold they used to make the purchase. Instead it appears they basically just gave us the old “hang in there while we wait long enough for everyone to just forget this and move on”

Well, I received a mail with the draconic box, I won’t get 15g for it but atleast it’s better than nothing.

well i still haven’t received one even after posting them several times on their support. All I have to say is so far I’ve been really disappointed with their support staff.

I got my replacement box.

It was probably the most practical solution to implement, and regardless of relative change in in-game value, it demonstrates that as customers our legitimate complaint was not totally ignored, which in itself is very valuable.
