Mystic Forge does not see some Bags of Jewels as recipe components. I had four of them – 1 pre-HOT from the karma converter, the other 3 recent acquisitions. Tried to craft the Goblet of Kings and only one of them showed as a recipe component. My guess is that its those Bags of Jewels being sold by Guild Vendors since that is when I remember picking one up most recently.
