Big problem: Broken skill bugs Mesmer [Video]

Hey guys in this video I have two really well known bugs for you that are still not fixed

1. Stacking 8 stacks confusion on an enemy with a 100% combo finisher bug
2. Illusionary Leap failing 99% of the time… please fix it! (it makes shatter almost unplayable on certain areas on some maps)
