Guild Wars 2

I purchased 4 Rough Elonian Squares from the TB, and they never came. Not in my mail, inventory, bank, not sent to a different character, or anything. It was 44 gold, which may not seem like a lot, but I play hard for every bit of my gold and losing a good chunk of it puts my Legendary Crafting plans on hold. Any help/advisement would be very much appreciated!

You have to pick up TP purchases from a trading post NPC. You’ll find at least one in every cultural city, Heart of the Mists, and WvW.

Thanks for that, I forgot to mention that I had already checked with the Delivery Agents in my original post and nothing was there. Hopefully someone from Anet will see this!

Are you sure you paid the lowest buy offer rather than made a custom offer? For example, if the lowest buy was 11g and you typed ‘4’ and pressed ‘buy instantly’, but the existing 4 at that price were bought by someone else, then you’d end up putting in an offer of 11g each. (There are several other scenarios in which this could happen.)

• Double check that you don’t have a pending offer in “My Transactions”
• Also check the history sub-tab to ensure that there was a transaction at all.

If you manage all that without finding any clues, then open a ticket with support.

You can try clearing out your mail, then check with the Trading Post NPC again, as, for some reason, mail and TP deliveries are sometimes interconnected.
