Since many people seem to be having the issue (while the vast majority are not), this sounds like some sort of routing or server issue. In that case, I’d recommend the following:

• Open a support ticket (follow link at top left and “submit a request”) to start a conversation with Customer Service. Include your city, your game region (NA or EU), your ISP, and the approximate time(s).
• Use in the in-game /bug reporting tool with the same details.

The first allows ANet to help you directly; the second provides additional troubleshooting details for the QA team (but won’t necessarily be of direct help to you).

There’s no need to post name of the servers,world continents,char names,birth dates,name and last names,how old you are,do you have GW,HoT or f2p,and so on…

Usually, I’d agree about TP issues: they almost always affect everyone or just a few people and then it’s client related.

In this case, it suddenly started affecting a lot of people, but not the vast majority of players. That suggest that the problem might depend on location, region, ISP, or account (although probably not world or age of the user as this recent poster so charmingly put it).

No, apparently they don’t, so this type of information can be important to tracing the root cause. (Or perhaps, in this case, the route cause.)

As long as irl money for gems work,its all good…

If situation was reversed ($$ for gems)down,they would fix it instantly.That says enough about their care for people who gave them money.

And of course, gem purchase might still work because it uses a different mechanic. And of course they’ll fix it regardless — even gem purchase has been bugged and taken time to get fixed.

*playing from Germany
*when browsing “buy items” no items show at all. no matter what category of items I search or what filters I use. Instead always the message “sorry, no items match this filter”
*there are some players who claimTP works for them but maybe they are just selling and not trying to buy, idk. The majority seems to have this problem.

Same issue worked a few Minutes this morning and then it stopped , I login from the Netherlands

The same problem occurred in my game today. I want to help the authorities. I made the connection country Turkey

I am in the UK

When I click buy there is nothing there, saying sorry no items match this filter. This is in all categories of buy as well

When I click sell nothing has a price next to it, you have to click each item to get a sell price

Well TP wasn’t working for me past few hours and now it’s working again.
Seems like ArenaNet fixed this problem because I didn’t do anything (didn’t even close game).
Hope it works for other players too

i did litterally nothing just akitten in game and it got fixed for me

Yeah, it is working for me now aswell, altho I did delete my gw2 cache folder before logging in again, dunno if that has to do with fix or devs fixed it :P

Oh its fixed – I did nothing – and must have been server side as its now working.
