Alright, and this bug has been out for a while.

I’d like to point at things that are account bound.

In example, I have the following items which are account bound:
132 Shards of Zhaitan
1 activated golem banker (does not stack with any other activated banker)
3 unactivated golem bankers (Do not stack)
3 Rabbit Finishers
1 Bank Access Express
1 PVP Salvage kit
1 Karma Booster
1 PVP Glory Booster
1 instant repair canister
3 Exp Boosters
1 STR boosters
2 Badges of Honor

Now for the bug part. Of these items the following are not really account bound as listed, but instead are soulbound to a character (I know this b/c I am trying to withdraw them on a different character on my account as I list them):

132 Shards of Zhaitan
Any of the Golem Bankers (Activated or Unactivated)

Both of these items were changed with updates that came through recently. And after I noticed the golem banker a while ago, I figured that you all wanted them soul bound but hadn’t fixed the bound text.

Oh and the following items should be Account bound and not soul bound in my opinion:
Crystals/Philosopher’s stones (Bought through skill points)
Sun Bead (Bought with Karma and used in Hylek Crafting)
Minor/Major Rune of Orrian (Seriously, got as a drop from a chest and cant even put it on a character that I’d want to?)

One final thing, you should take the binding off of the boosters/kits/items from the BLTC Chests. I think it would really stimulate the in game economy if people could buy what they wanted to (in my case a magic find booster) without putting their money into Gems.
