I think that maybe something to do with the NPE is preventing me from accessing the traits via the Trainer in Queensdale.
This is a new character with no traits unlocked whom I have leveled to 80 with tomes…. and the vendor will not speak with me at all.
I know that you are scaled down to level 5 in the area where the trainer is….. so perhaps the vendor believes I am level 5 when I am actually level 80.
So…. what is the purpose of having the vendor here if you can never use it?
Was this simply an oversight after additional gating was added and traits were backloaded on new characters?
Either way I can only imagine how much this must confuse a new player….. since he/she may have checked back multiple times only to find out that the trainer is completely not usable at any level.
