About three days ago I tryed to buy gems and got thru whole process to the end and got error message try again later. I have been trying every so offten since and still get same results. Does anyone know what I could do to fix problem?

This is a known bug. What you must do is log completely out of the game, and then log back in. This should fix the error. Encountered it more than a few times myself.

I have this problem too, but logging completely in and out of the game didn’t help. I’ve contacted customer support, we’ll see what happens.

In case you aren’t already doing this you might as well try. Run GW2 as administrator.

Same here. can’t buy gems.. :/ tried to run as Admin and restart the game! ^^

Same problem here. I’ve tried restarting multiple times, and have tried running as an administrator. This is recent, as I was able to buy gems a week ago without any issue.

I am having the exact same issue, only option that seems to do anything is the paysafecard but don’t have one of those.
Have tried multiple cards, and I get the same error, also tried contacting them, but just got the normal we are looking into it, I am going to miss the BL sale, no good, this needs to be fixed faster.

I have been having this problem for days now. The only way I can even sometimes buy gems is 800 at a time on any of my cards. The info was put in correctly each time and I have more than enough funds on each of the three cards from two different credit companies. It gets really annoying as I like to make large gem purchases when I do decide to buy some and having to buy them 800 at a time over and over (when it allows) is making me not want to spend my money on this game when before I’ve been perfectly happy to support the game through large gem purchases in the past.
