Can't complete Reconnaissance story mission
Yep just ran into the same issue. Also, dying and hitting retry from checkpoint gets you stuck in a collapsed area.
This is a known issue with Reconnaissance that we are working to fix, there are two missing markers. You’ll also have to go inside the Bank to break up looters and approach the two that are standing near the fire pit next to the former Mystic Forge. If you’ve done all 5 areas, you should be able to complete the story instance until we get those last two green markers back in!
I can see all five green markers and get all the way to the end, but when I make my choice and go to talk to Trehearne after all of the other NPCs have vanished, he still says “We’ll talk once you’ve made your decision.”
Getting all five greens is progress, I suppose.
