I can confirm, Ruins of Surmia, still not loading or I have access to my character.

Now I regret parking my character in Cursed Shore, as this is the one I cannot log in to. My other characters work just fine.

Ruins of Surmia btw.

Just tried log in to my character in Cursed shore on ruins of Surmia – and it works for me.

if it still isn’t working for others on ruins – i made a bug ticket an hour or so ago.

So, if I get this correctly, this was three “Personal Story Quest not working, blocking progress” all joined under “Cannot log into my character” by moderators with no explanation whatsoever?

Please moderators: update the topic to reflect this. Some thing like “Personal quests fail to start because of login problems”, if that is what ANet means is the cause. Joining threads like this causes confusion and duplicate threads, even if your purpose was to reduce them…

I can play again! Thanks alot to everyone who worked on this =D I find the response time rather quick.

I was able to complete the quest this morning despite the problems I had yesterday. There’s no apparent change client-side, so other players who have been unable to complete it yesterday may be able to complete it today.
