Hello guys!
There is some strange problem.
When i try to create custom (nondefault body,hair, etc) human guardian (male or female) i always redirect to main characters window (after creating name and click ->). with no error. Im trying to do this from 2 computers… Result the same…

When i try to create default human guardian (male or female) its complete successfull…

How do I solve this problem?

It may be possible that the name you have chosen for your guardian is already taken by another player. Names are in use across the entire game, not just for each individual server. Have you tried creating the character using a different name?
