I found this character right next to the charr homeplace, and this text part appears as the first thing he says. im guessing its not suposed to be there. as it does seem to make this character talk like im not a charr (if choosing the Notcharr option), and will call me legionnaire and let me ask about the warband (if choosing the Ischarr option).
