Not sure if it’s a bug or if it’s intended behaviour, but I can’t seem to find it documented anywhere.

Is there a timeout on the chracter creation process?

GF just spent an hour creating a character only to get punted back to the character selection / creation screen before she was finished.

Does the creation system time you out after a while on purpose (ie. does she need to hurry up) or is this a bug?

I’ve spent some long periods creating characters, I think somewhere between 1.5 and 2 hours tweaking my ranger, without getting booted. There’s no time limit that I know of.

I have had both experiences. Was booted within under an hour, and then was able to take all the time I needed another time.
