I realize it’s probably really chaotic with all the issues going on at the moment, but I was wondering if anyone is having the same issue as me.
Tried to log in just now (14.00 PM GMT+1) and I do manage to get to my character screen. I notice some of my characters (I just used makeover kits on them actually) have their appearance changed to what seems default faces. I wanted to log in to send a ticket, but none of my characters load in – I just get an instant crash as soon as I try.
I know the crashes are frequent at the moment for a lot of people, but I’m mostly interested in hearing if anyone else sees some of their characters suddenly changed and nothing like how they were created.
