During a match I noticed that I was unable to move. I had no conditions and no obstructions. Other players were still moving, I was still able to attack with mouse 1, and could still move the camera. I had thought it was simply the movement bug that pops up from time to time, but could not use a dodge roll to clear it like that bug. I then observed I could not use any skills. Shortly after, my client froze completely. I allowed it to sit in the event that it was a client crash or disconnect so that I could provide an error message. After 35 minutes of the client being still frozen, and being unable to minimize the client to check task manager, I had to perform a hard reboot.
