Guild Wars 2

Thief’s shortbow skill, Cluster Bomb, only applies 1 bleed instead of 3.
(This is in PvE as well as PvP lobby against golems)

It is noted as a bug on the wiki, though I always thought it just meant 3 stacks if you detonate it. Tooltips aren’t always very clear.
