Hi,

Over the past few days, I haven’t been able to enter a dungeon in NA (I play from EU) due to network error (pic attached), which pops out when I accept the enter dungeon message and when I try to use the dungeon entrance as well. I can enter dungeons fine if I am not in a party, but once in a party, no relogging or anything helps.

No issues when entering dungeons in EU.

If you’re on an EU server, you can’t play on any NA servers. That means you can’t join NA parties and play in the same dungeon instance they do.

Unfortunately, this is not a bug. Players from different regions cannot join each the same instances.

I meant, I am physically based in EU and I have NA alt account which until recently had no issues entering dungeons when in party.

If it was mine internet, I guess I’d have same issues when playing with my main account (EU), but this happens only on my NA account.

I join parties from lfg and alone, there is no reason I should end up in cross region party every time.
