Craft button missing
I believe you need to be at a crafting station to craft stuff, and that you don’t do it through your hero panel.
Crimsony is correct, you can view your craft designs wherever you are in the hero panel, but to actually craft you need to be at the relevant craft station (in your case at an artificer station)
