Guild Wars 2

Although this may seem like a very unlikely or nooby thing to say, I am afraid that I cannot craft any items in tailoring besides the items for the primitive armor set and the insignias for that set. I have absolutely no idea why this does not work for me; I have checked the wiki, the internet, and every other source I can think of, but I cannot find any solution to this problem. The obstacle that is blocking my progress is that I cannot produce any insignias ( they can be bought, but then the recipe is not unlocked and I don’t have the money to buy all of the insignias that I want off of the TP), which is caused by the fact that the discovery tab lacks does not display all of the materials that I have, and because there are no insignias already unlocked. I have no idea why this is the way it is or how to fix it, please help.
