I have been getting very choppy framerate in Lion’s Arch ever since the opening Meta-Event in the Lost Shores expansion. It did not come with an update, as I was fine before the event started. Dips to 2-3 FPS are common, and it is only happening in LA. It even happens on the lowest settings, and in past experience, I have gotten significantly worse fps in caledon than in LA.
