After latest patch (15 Oct 2013) I saw that Desperate Power (Tactics trait III) was switched back to provide its bonus (+20% damage) when health is below 25% (instead of previously 50%). This change isn’t documented in patch notes. Is this change intended a bug or misleading description?

Apart from that, wouldn’t it be nice if the bonus (when active) was indicated by the presence of an icon of some short so you know when its active and when not.

Leg specialist was reverted to its unnerfed state of no recharge, without any mention.. so its likely they somehow goofed.. I noticed this trait seemed wrong as well.

I wouldn’t know how to properly test this trait, but during normal gameplay I have repeatedly observed a surge of damage happening roughly below 50% health, not 25%.

I’d be happy if someone could confirm this in a more reliable way, but I suspect the trait wasn’t actually changed and the 25% treshold in the new graphical interface is just a mistake.

Hmm looks like it is still 50% in PvP at least.
It would be easier to test with a custom arena or WvW.

Above 50% health Chop does 117 damage, below 50% it does 140 damage. This was done with a steady axe.

Edit: Would be nice to have steady weapons available in PvE to make this sort of testing easier.
