I just started playing ele a couple weeks ago. I always get a small rubber band after burning retreat but on some occasions in wvw I get stuck. Sometimes a \dance, blink, dodge roll, or another burning retreat (if I live long enough) will get me out but they don’t always work.
Is this a known bug?
